Tiia Pihlamaa is a specialist in plastic surgery with two decades of experience in both university and private hospitals. Over her long career she has treated a wide range of congenital, disease-related and aesthetic concerns in patients of all ages.
Today, Tiia's particular interest and expertise lie in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and breasts, with a special focus on facelifts. Over the years she has earned a strong standing in facial surgery, and patients come to Tiia from across Finland and Europe. For many patients, trust grows through a long care relationship — they return to her practice, and often friends and loved ones find their way to Tiia as well.
Tiia's work combines long surgical experience, a precise understanding of anatomy and a strong vision of a natural outcome. The goal is not to change a person into someone else, but to make a considered, individual change that looks natural and feels like their own.
